As Oconomowoc’s newest restaurant, The Rivalry Pub offers open-air concept seating safe for social distancing with scenic views of The Club at Lac La Belle and an amazing Fry-Day Fish Fry.

Featuring original flavor palettes made from scratch in house, our Pub menus will bring new flavor experiences for all.

Come experience the undulating 15 hole putting course wrapping our expansive outdoor patio with deep seating, fire tables, and amazing sunsets.

With a wide assortment of drinks, rotating dishes, and outdoor experiences The Rivalry Pub is sure to provide a unique experience every time.

Christina

About Chef

Hailing from the Sheboygan County area, Christina grew up in the rural Wisconsin life, learning the land and harvesting from it. She continues to enjoy hunting, fishing, and hiking – when she is not creating culinary masterpieces at the Club, you are likely to find her outdoors.

After raising five children (and cooking for their friends), Christina found peace and quiet in the kitchen, which lead her to the Culinary Management Program at WCTC. Graduating top of her class, Christina worked at Whistling Straits and fine dining for the Milwaukee Brewers, and even cooked for the Governor of Wisconsin through her private catering company, before finding her home at the Club at Lac La Belle.

Focusing on creating dishes from locally-sourced, fresh ingredients, Chef Christina loves delivering unique flavor profiles to awaken your taste buds.

Adler grew up in Sullivan, WI and always had a passion for the culinary arts. He attended the WCTC Culinary Management Program as a concurrent enrollment while completing in high school and finished the program at the age of 19.

Adler gained most of his experience in fine dining and international cuisine before coming to join the team at the Club at Lac La Belle.
